Do I need ID to vote in North Dakota?
You need a North Dakota license or non-driver ID, a tribal ID, or a long-term care certificate showing your name, residential address and birth date. A student ID alone doesn't count, and neither do out-of-state licenses or digital IDs.
Can college students vote where they go to school in North Dakota?
You can vote using your home address (if it's on your ND ID), or your college address. To use your college address, either update the address on your ND license or ID, or bring your ND ID, student ID, and a printed letter from your school showing your campus address. Out-of-state students without a North Dakota ID can't vote in ND with a school ID alone, so plan to vote absentee from your home state.

Can I take a photo of my ballot in North Dakota?
